Refunds
Annual Subscription Plan
Commitment: Annual plans are purchased at a significant discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment. As such, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Renewal: Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your 12-month term unless you choose to cancel via your dashboard prior to the renewal date.
Access: Should you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to all features until the end of your current 12-month billing period.
Monthly Subscription Plan
For our monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
